Preços do robusta estão firmes mesmo em início de colheita

Mesmo com o início da colheita, as cotações do café robusta seguem firmes no mercado brasileiro, segundo levantamento do Cepea. Isso porque a necessidade de aquisição por parte dos compradores tem se mostrado mais urgente que a dos produtores em vender o produto. Assim, muitos cafeicultores têm se mantido firmes, à espera depreços maiores.

Na última quarta-feira (17/4), o Indicador CEPEA/ESALQ do robusta tipo 6 peneira 13 acima fechou a R$ 251,58 por saca de 60 kg, alta de 0,73% em relação à quarta anterior. O tipo 7/8 bica corrida finalizou a R$ 246,15 por saca, avanço de 0,67% no período – ambos à vista e a retirar no Espírito Santo.

Even at the beginning of harvest, the price of robusta coffee firm follow in the Brazilian market, according to the survey Cepea. This is because the need to purchase from buyers has been more urgent that the producers sell the product. Thus, many growers have remained steadfast, waiting for higher prices.
