The Ministry of Agriculture said on Thursday (26/9) that will send the Russian Government a document with actions that are being adopted in Brazil in relation to beef. The decision was taken at a meeting with representatives of the Brazilian Association of Beef Exporters (Abiec) and the Brazilian Association of Producers and Exporters and Meat (Abipecs).
The meeting served to discuss the suspension of imports of ten Brazilian meat products, announced on Wednesday (25/9) by Russian sanitary service.
"It was noted during the meeting that most considerations of the Russian government has been met," the map. In a statement, the Ministry also undertakes to "correct the non-compliances identified" by the Russian authorities.
Ten refrigerators temporarily embargoed by European country, nine are beef and pork. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, the decision was taken after an inspection conducted by the health service in Brazil Russian.
