NATIONAL SHAME

NATIONAL SHAME

Today (09/18/2013) is a very sad day for Brazil and for us Brazilians. One day when "our" higher court (Supreme Court - STF), was venal and unworthy of our trust. What is post is that in Brazil, crime pays. And money is the greatest form of power. While in our country that someone stole a can of margarine goes to jail, who surrupia million from the public purse, simply, have a drink and laugh at our faces!

Today is a very sad day for Brazil and for us Brazilians. One day I believe in justice, now is a thing of the past, and very remote. How can we say that in Brazil there is justice? What kind of justice? Policy? Money? Falsehood? Opportunism? I'm thinking of the three-dimensionality of the right of Miguel Reale, FACT, VALUE AND STANDARD! How many facts we had at the trial of the monthly allowance. How many values were analyzed. And the norm, well, that changes its interpretation as the weight of the customer, and the price of those who apply.

Today is a very sad day for Brazil and for us Brazilians. One day I'm ashamed to be Brazilian.
