Is there some kind of repellent to ward arapuás bees, who are attacking and spoiling the young orange trees in place of my father?

Any repellant that you can use will not have persistent effect to ward off bees permanently. After a few hours or days, the plant is again being visited by insects. The best control is to follow the bees when they return to the nest at dusk. Follow the direction of flight to get them to where engaged in the production of honey and the protection of the queen. When you find the hive, remove it to somewhere far away.
